1. Common terms and definitions
1.1. This document describes the relations between “Etlgr Bot” (“Bot”, “We”, “Us”) and our “Consumer” (or “User”) - Person, Group of Persons or a Company.
1.2. This document describes our policies regarding to disclosure of any personal Information
1.3. “Etlgr Bot” operates the terms:

  • “Platform” - any IM platform which is used by the Bot
  • “Services” - the email services provided by the Bot
  • “Email” - any email is generated or processed by the Bot

1.5. The main Bot functionality provides the ability of:
  • registering new email Addresses using etlgr.com domain name
  • releasing of own (by User) email Addresses
  • sending Emails
  • receiving Emails. The Bot allows you to receive no more than 60 Emails per minute for one Address
  • configuring the incoming Emails processing rules
  • configuring the format of incoming Emails

3. The Privacy Terms
3.1. We do not share information about owners of email Addresses registered through the Bot.
3.2. All the data is sent via secure connection only.
3.3. Only a User registered the email Address have a direct access to incoming or outgoing Emails.
3.4. We do not responsible for all the traffic is processed by Platforms we use.
3.5. We do not disclose any private information of our Users.
4. The Responsibility Terms
4.1. It is strictly forbidden to use our Services for sending spam or phishing Emails.
4.2. We may block your Address(es) if we get at least one abuse report.
4.3. We may block the User’s account if we get at least 3 abuse reports to any of User’s addresses.
4.4. We're not responsible for all 3rd party services regarding to data disclosure. Website www.etlgr.com, and bot @etlgr_bot, and all the related information is provided as-is without any responsibility for usage. We're not responsible for any possible loses as well as lost profits during the service or related information usage.
5. The Limits Terms
5.1. We do not limit the count of Addresses per User.
5.2. We do not limit the volume of all the processed Emails for each User.
6. The SLA Terms
6.1. We guarantee a 99.99% uptime of our Services and Website, based on availability of the Platforms used by Bot.
7. Changes to This Document
7.1. This Document is active starting from the Last Modified Date till the changes in its provisions in the future.
7.2. We reserve the right to update or change the Document at any time and you should monitor this Document periodically. Your continued use of the Etlgr bot after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on our Website.
8. Payments
8.1. The Website is connected to the online acquiring service and you may pay for your subscription using your Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, MIR). You will be redirected to the secured payment page of CloudPayments services provider and you will need to fill the payment form. 3D Secure is used to secure an authentication. You will be redirected to your bank's webpage to enter an additional authentication code. Please contact your bank to clarify details of the 3DS process.
9. Security
9.1. CloudPayments uses PCI DSS to secure all processed data. SSL is used to encrypt transferred data. Further data processing uses high-level bank security standarts. CloudPayments does not disclose any personal data to third party services. 3D Secure is used to secure an authentication. You will be redirected to your bank's webpage to enter an additional authentication code. Please contact your bank to clarify details of the 3DS process.
9.2. Your personal information (name, phone number, address, e-mail, credit/debit card credentials) is marked as "secured" data and can not be disclosed to any third party service. Credir/debit card data is not stored at any server and transmitted directly to bank via secured connection.
9.3. We strictly suggest you checking your browser is safe enough to process payments.
9.4. Payments processing security is guaranteed by CloudPayments LLC. VISA International and MasterCard requirements are met.
10. Refund
10.1.   You may request a refund in case the bot is stopped at least for 5 days.
10.2.   We may reject any refund request in case of breaking the rules by User.
